John Castano teamed up very well with Mr Posada on final touches that allow to complete my moving to our new unit. Attitude and can do spirit were great.
Do not move here! You’ll have constant plumbing issues, noise issues, constant bad smells and the doors are always broken so you’ll also have safety concerns. This couldn’t be further away from luxury living. Avoid and spend your money somewhere else.
My husband and I love living here! The maintenance team is great and the property itself is absolutely beautiful. The location also can’t be beat! We have had few issues over the past year living here and any time we have, it has been fixed and taken care of promptly. I would recommend MAA Meridian highly to people looking to move to Uptown as we have had such a good experience!
Chelsea was so kind and so helpful in finding my new apartment! She found the perfect spot for me to live. She made looking for an apartment so fun!
First ever review here, this was my first apartment rental. Moved to Dallas for work and rented here from July '23-24. Had a 3rd floor apartment facing the pool/downtown. My apartment was nearly 100% clean & all things worked on move in (I might have put in something for the fridge but it was resolved quick). Both upstairs & downstairs neighbors had dogs, and they were pretty noisy. Never heard any noise from my neighbors across the hall or on the sides of me though.
