terrible response to Coronavirus. no rent Delano payment plans no discussion. various properties still missing several repairs weeks to months still pending. go elsewhere
Terrible management and filthy property. Absolute worst neighborhood in Baldwin. Disgusting and dilapidated breezeways with trash, broken lights fixtures, and even urine frequently left for days and weeks. Scumbag residents are half the problem. The other half of the problem is the useless management whom are clearly incompetent and incapable of doing their jobs. Maintenance staff are very efficient and polite. Everything else about Post Lake is horrible. Will not renew our lease at this hell hole.
