ROACHES Living here has been a nightmare. For the past six months, our apartment was infested with roaches. We submitted multiple maintenance requests, but the issue was never resolved. Management would claim that someone came to spray, however, there’s been times when I have been home the whole day and no one ever came. Meanwhile, roaches were in our kitchen, bathroom, closets, and personal items. It made living here uncomfortable and unsanitary. Poor onboarding process The office didn't care to show me my new apartment, they relied on my memory from 3 months prior when the person that sold me this place was fired afterwards (and nobody called me to talk to me about our conversations to make sure I was ok) I get to my apartment and it is totally not the apartment I signed up for. I was shown the residence, but there was someone living in it, but it was on the street. Avoid I would never allow anyone I care about to live in these apartments. And, if I can stop someone else from moving in here it would be worth writing this review. - the pest problem in my 2 bedroom apartment was out of control. I lived with spiders for weeks. They were everywhere. It was to the point I found myself looking on Youtube, Googling, calling friends, buying my own pest spray, and laying traps just to get some relief.
