Toured this community but ended up choosing MAA North Hall. I loved that the hallways here were nice and big and the property was clean. The staff was very knowledgeable and extremely nice which is why I ended up choosing their other property that fit my needs a little better.
Ms Holly was super awesome at Katy trail and was helpful and considerate
We just signed our renewal as we’re happy that Katy Trail is the place we call home. Ya there are things that happen like elevators and alarms but those were the same things at the last place we lived. We love our apartment and the location. The staff really seems to be working hard to maintain things. Daniel and Stephanie show how much they care and are always helpful.
Moving to Uptown was never a question but choosing an apartment was the hard part. MAA has so many options with prices and specials that it was hard not to choose one of theirs. I chose Katy Trail due to the close proximity to the Trail since I’m an avid runner. The moving process was seamless and the office team are so happy and easy going. The manager Stephanie introduced herself on my move in date and made me feel right at home. My apartment is exactly what I need and I look forward to what the next year will bring.
Such a lovely property with a great location. Stephanie has been really great and engaging. Everytime I come into the office. You see her on the property all the time. Can't say enough good things .
