There is a resident in the community who owns two dogs, one of which is grey and hairless. She frequently stands outside and, upon hearing any noise from others, often responds with extremely rude, condescending remarks. This behavior has made the environment uncomfortable for many and negatively impacts the experience of living here. I don’t live here, but I was walking by when, I saw a resident with a couple dogs aggressively confront someone for simply talking on the phone. They didn’t appear to know each other. I was considering this place for my niece, but told her to drop it. I’m not sure, maybe it was a one off occurrence.
