**Updating review after living here for 2 months** I have truly enjoyed my experience at MAA Katy Trail. From the beginning, Stephanie was wonderful to work with. Extraordinary maintenance staff, best I’ve ever had at an apartment. Incompetent office staff, worst I’ve ever had. Good location. Elevators are constantly out of operation and the office staff refuses to take accountability or action to fix it. They constantly use the excuse of “requiring custom parts”, however they take no initiative to say “maybe we need to replace the elevator all together”. Elevator has been out for almost 2 months. At first this manageable as there was a freight elevator but the position of the freight elevator has made things a lot less convenient. I realized my orders from Amazon was no longer deliverable. Probably because they can’t use the only elevator they have access to to get up to the mail room. This issue also makes it hard to call any delivery service as instead of getting something right to my door it takes me 10 minutes to get to the front.
