I have been a resident for 3 years. Demi, Krystal, and Fred, are very welcoming and helpful when interacting with them. When I put in maintenance requests the guys respond in a timely manner. I feel that the community is quiet and convenient location to shops and restaurants.
Just another apartment complex with terrible management, shame they got bought out.
It is a quiet and well maintained complex. Wish they had security cameras at foyer - experience stolen mail packages. Also have eliminated services to check on loud neighbors during the night
