I absolutely love my new apartment. I moved from a two bedroom to one bedroom in a another property in the area. Demi was the best in finding me exactly what I needed to be comfortable. She worked with me for months to ensure I not only found something affordable but that the apartment had all the amenities I was hoping for. She was patient and had great communication with me on a weekly basis.
Stumbled upon this apartment complex while in the area and was met with the warmest, most upbeat staff. You can tell they genuinely care about their residents and create a great atmosphere. Big shoutout to Demi for being so thorough with us and taking the time to show us around!
The staff in the leasing office are reachable and they respond quickly to my emails making our stay smooth and worry free living here. and like to mention Francisco the service technician who always attends to our needs since day 1 in the unit very helpful and reliable. Thank you we appreciate all your effort.

i went from enjoying Post Falls Grove to not liking where I live because of the over 30% rent increase, broken A/C unit they would not fix, to ignoring my maintenance request to have the bath tub grouted. It is all nice until there is a unit problem, then it is your problem! Units are getting older and having problems! Poor Management!
