Lied to us after shaking hands on a deal over a 200 dollar part horrible business don't buy here management are not trustworthy
We got our 2015 Passat from Nick and he and the team were incredible to us! We felt like we were appreciated for bringing our business to them! All of these other car lots or dealers have it all wrong, they need to train with the Post Falls Volkswagen team! Gary and Nick are great! We will be buying our next car (MY BUG) through them! 5+ in my book!
Loved it from start to finish. Fast friendly and professional people and did what they advertised. We will be recommending people nonstop to them and we love the car too.
Awesome place went in not really believing that we would qualify and left not really believing we actually did! We felt like they did everything they could to meet our requirements and getting us into to car we wanteded. Plus my jetta rocks in the snow it's like a little snow mobile!

We had a bad experience when it was paker... We still needed to be fixed and Gary Long to charge of our situation and made sure we were informed on what was going on. And that we received top notch services. Gary went above and beyond my expectations and I was extremely satisfied with our bill. I work with dealerships all over kootenai county and will send our VW needs to Post Falls Volkswagen!!!!
We have had our car in there for routine maintenance a few times. The service department is amazing! Great customer service, and always prompt!
