Have been living here for 7 months. MAA has been a really good place to live. They are currently wrapping up renovations on some of the much needed resident amenities which include the pool, a new dog spa, gym, and business lounge/work space. For the price I pay the apartment is well appointed with a few cosmetic defects but absolutely nothing I couldn’t live without. Have needed maintenance on a few things and they have been prompt. Absolutely love the office staff for our complex MAA North Hall, they are so friendly so available and really care!
RUN from this place. I have lived here for 8 months and the elevator has worked maybe 3 weeks TOTAL since I moved in. I’ve had to carry my dog down the stairs daily because he can’t go down them and the elevator never works. If you have a wheelchair, this place would be impossible to live at, not to mention that it’s illegal and a violation of the ADA.
