Great friendly neighborhood service! I always drop off my shipping returns here, and I am always met with a nice friendly smile :) Anyone giving a 1-star rating here is petty and overreacting.
The woman working here is incredibly rude, condescending, and outright hostile. I came in for an FD-258 fingerprint card required for my medical license, and she gave me the wrong one, causing it to be rejected by the medical board. When I called to explain what happened, she immediately became defensive and aggressive, demanding I prove the rejection by bringing in the board’s letter.
