I've been caring for my elderly mother who has a box at this place for 10 years now. For the last 6 weeks we've been trying to get her mail from her box here, including important medication she orders online. We've shown up nearly every day around 10:00 am. Each time it is shut down with dark window blinds covering everything and a sign on the door with a number to call. Today I had a very bad encounter with the owner of the post office. She was very disrespectful. I was waiting there patiently. She kicked me out and said I was rushing her and said she was gonna close the store for the day. As I left, she took the client after me. Just I can’t believe these people are running business.
If you’re mailing a simple rent check, you’ll probably be fine. However, I would not trust this location with valuable shipments or bulk mailing needs. The space itself is extremely small and cluttered, with packages stacked right up to the front door. There’s very little room to move, and the proximity of outgoing mail to an open entrance is honestly concerning from a security standpoint. Disorganized and chaotic. Affix your stamps somewhere else.
Great friendly and neighborly service reminiscent of another era. And if you’re lucky, Bochy the cat will be there too :)
The woman working here is incredibly rude, condescending, and outright hostile. I came in for an FD-258 fingerprint card required for my medical license, and she gave me the wrong one, causing it to be rejected by the medical board. When I called to explain what happened, she immediately became defensive and aggressive, demanding I prove the rejection by bringing in the board’s letter.
