The woman working here is incredibly rude, condescending, and outright hostile. I came in for an FD-258 fingerprint card required for my medical license, and she gave me the wrong one, causing it to be rejected by the medical board. When I called to explain what happened, she immediately became defensive and aggressive, demanding I prove the rejection by bringing in the board’s letter. Peppina helps with EVERYTHING. She always keeps our packages and mail safe and sound and gets them to us/to the recipient on time and without any issue. We are so thankful for Post Box!!! Highly recommend

Her husband charged me $5 to ship a package plus I bought a page of stamps . I paid in cash . A big mistake ! They never sent the package and he might have pocketed the cash because she is a bit unhinged . I called two weeks later because brhe package never made it yo its destination . She said it was still there and I needed to pay $15 more to send it . . I came over picked up my package and she thru me out of the store and yelled I was cheating her . Her husband leoed to her hand she blamed me . Do not go there !
