Long-time customer since February 1995. Account paid through October 1, 2026 (Zelle $216 on March 5, confirmed in writing by the owner that same evening: "That would make you next due October 1, 2026"). This place is a disorganized mess. Nothing reliable or consistent. I have reason to believe they are out of business since it has been closed every time I've gone there over the last month or so during normal business hours. No one answers the phone there anymore, not even a voice mail service. A sign on the door directs you to call a number that rings forever with no answer. Had a mailbox here for going on 7 years. Today I had a very bad encounter with the owner of the post office. She was very disrespectful. I was waiting there patiently. She kicked me out and said I was rushing her and said she was gonna close the store for the day. As I left, she took the client after me. Just I can’t believe these people are running business.
If you’re mailing a simple rent check, you’ll probably be fine. However, I would not trust this location with valuable shipments or bulk mailing needs. The space itself is extremely small and cluttered, with packages stacked right up to the front door. There’s very little room to move, and the proximity of outgoing mail to an open entrance is honestly concerning from a security standpoint. Disorganized and chaotic. Affix your stamps somewhere else.
Great friendly and neighborly service reminiscent of another era. And if you’re lucky, Bochy the cat will be there too :)
