I’ve lived here for almost 3 years now. I hate it. Not only is the price not worth it but I’ve had mold loud noisy neighbors. My vehicle was left on bricks inside the parking garage I pay for a spot in. The garage gate malfunctioned and shut on my car causing damage. Had a tour booked through their website, got off work early to tour and the front desk for the residence said they stopped touring at 5pm. I showed confirmation of the scheduled appointment for 5:15pm but he still didn’t allow me to look at the unit. Even with their closing hours being 6pm. No one there even came out the door to apologize or rectify the situation. This told me everything I needed to know about this facility. The customer service was unfortunate.

I’ve lived at this MAA property for quite some time, and unfortunately the experience has gone downhill since the management change. Communication has become a major issue. I’ve called the office multiple times, been left on hold for long periods, and even hung up on by a leasing agents. Nice, quiet apartment complex. I live in the mid-rise and people are friendly. Fun events monthly. I had a few maintenance requests and they were handled promptly and effectively. Great location, so close to everything Buckhead and Brookhaven has to offer! The management team is kind, proficient, and professional. I highly recommend.
