We recently had to change apartment units in the MAA Lenox mid rise and our experience has been a nightmare. When our previous lease was about to get over, we picked the one that best fit our needs. I would say avoid ALL MAAs including Stratford. Went in for a tour that was scheduled for 3:30 and the leasing agent said she was “on break for another 30 minutes” so hood and unprofessional. I would pass.
