POORLY MANAGED, rarely answer phone during business hours, heat works part time (and they "cant fix it"), water damage from upstairs leakage was painted over and not fixed, raising rent prices to the maximum allowable by law each year (you will pay more next year than this year). AVOID we are stuck here.
Daughters first apartment for college and great views.good parking.
They charge you heavily on flimsy stuff in the apartment when you leave irrespective of how good you tried to take care of the place.
