Called to set up an appointment for my 2021 3500 RAM Laramie. Was told had to bring it to the Davenport dealership. This was due to weight of my vehicle. Was quoted 300 dollars for the service to include a car wash. I did not let them know at that time I had a service plan. I arrived at my appointment at 1045am. My vehicle was serviced at the quick lane. Not at the bay that had the proper lift. The service took 3 hrs and fifteen minutes. It was an oil change and tore rotation..but everyone at Posner is so friendly...they get you in and out quickly, even in today's work environment!! I'll always use them!
I broke down a thousand miles from home, and while these guys could easily have ripped me off they were honest and sympathetic instead. Good fix, cheap, ride to and from motel I was staying at. Couldn't ask for better.
Do not ever use there parts or service department they don't know what they are doing and like to take advantage of people. I only gave it a star because I had to or this wouldn't post
