They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. They had a couple of interesting magazines, but their selection wasn't very impressive.

Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? They try not to, but sometimes it happens. Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Not really, it could be better Would you recommend this family doctor to others? Yes

Their staff is very friendly and professional. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. They were somewhat easy to reach in an emergency. They didn't answer the call at first, but did eventually call me back. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Absolutely not, the office was disgusting Does this family doctor use current and safe equipment? Yes Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? Yes, it never fails. I'm put on hold forever when I call Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? No, I left with more problems than I came with! Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? No, it was obvious the staff didn't think he/she was qualified

I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.
