Called to receive help. Spoke with counselor Bryan Goslin..there was a bad connection on the phone..he called back at 12 , he was so rude , for some reason the connection was bad..instead of maybe removing his headset he proceed to say I been on the phone with clients all day etc etc..again Im in crisis and need help all. He then say let me get someone else to help you..as if I was a burden or the problem again in in crisis. Not sure what kind of day this young was having but clearly he didn't want to help or assist me..this... read more
I want to say that this is an excellent place where I receive top-quality care, especially from Dr. Maria and the lab doctor. They are excellent professionals and make me feel right at home. I highly recommend them.
Terrible experience. Every single person was extremely dismissive and non-helpful. After finding my designated area I was not greeted nor checked in by staff, Rather I waited and told them after 10 mins that I had an appointment in which I was told they said “we’re in a meeting” and they turned around.
