RecommendedPositively 3rd Street Bakery has hands down the BEST almond croissants EVER! I always stop in when I’m close by and throw them in the microwave to make warm. I highly recommend their cookies too. They are also community focused and super friendly. Best bakery in town!
I love 3rd Street Bakery for so many reasons. They have AMAZING cookies and treats that cater to different diets (vegan, gf, etc.). They have really yummy gf bread and cakes! And most importantly they are all amazing people who work for and with our community for a better Duluth. HIGHLY recommend making a stop at 3rd Street Bakery.

This is one of my favorite businesses in the Duluth area. The staff is extremely welcoming and friendly, and a trip into the store is always just as much of a treat as the baked goods themselves. They have a wide variety of different treats for all people no matter their dietary restrictions. This is a business that cares about their community and the people in it, couldn’t recommend it more!
I love to #backtheblue. The blueberries that Positively Third Street packs into their delicious scones, muffins, and bagels, that is.

A very small bakery with very big amounts of flavor! This cute shop has the most delicious, gigantic cookies ever. They are the go-to dessert for my friends house parties. The staff is always super friendly. Would definitely recommend them for all your baked goods! Can’t wait until I can go back again and try something new and surely incredible.
Awesome local business, their bread is fantastic. Never had an issue with the staff there. It's been awesome to see their response to the murder of George Floyd in the recent months. Seeing businesses step up in a climate where it is frowned upon to do so restores a bit of faith in the world at a time where it's desperately needed. I'm glad to have a business in our community that consistently puts people over profits.

When we moved to Duluth this bakery was put on a “must visit” list from a dear friend who graduated from UMD. Now it’s a regular treat for us and when company comes in to town. Their croissants are fantastic and if I ever had to pick a last meal it may just be a plate of Thudmarks. We also love knowing that we are supporting a business who supports community organizations and those in need.
