So where do I start. First off Mrs. Elena is one of the most compassionate and caring people you will ever meet. This carries over in how she will treat you as a patient. I thank God our paths crossed because it changed my life. She really listens to her patients. She isn’t just prescribing medication but truly treating her patients. Elena is very professional and compassionate about her work and patients. She wants to see her patients live a healthy life and encourages them to follow healthy lifestyle patterns in addition to the medical treatments. She not only treats me but she also treats my daughters. I trust that she has our best interest in mind when deciding the best treatment options.
Dr. Urbiztondo has literally changed the lives of my kids, and our entire family. We had searched for 5 years to find someone that would be a good fit for our kids, and hit wall after wall. Dr. Elena has been very helpful. She responded quickly the first time we reached out to her. We were able to get an appointment within a reasonable timeframe. Dr. Elena listened and gave us the opportunity to share our concerns. She has reached out to follow up with us which is a wonderful personal touch. She’s very professional, very knowledgeable and very caring. We highly recommend her services.
Elena is truly one of a kind! She takes her time, is patient, but most importantly she connects with you in a way that will leave you feeling no longer broken and/or alone! No matter what you have going on, Elena will show you grace and love you even though you may not even love yourself YET!
