Positive Realty rented to me an apartment that was in foreclosure, which I did not find out until I was served with paper. Furthermore, they attempted to scam me trying to get me to pay water bill that in the contract stated was the landlord's responsibility. They made a mistake and tried to leave the responsibility on me.
