This has been the most helpful massage with my body. I have had a knee injury a few months ago as well as a current wrist injury. Erik actually explained what areas were causing my injuries and where I needed to stretch. He helped break up fascia and improved the healing in my wrist immensely. I highly recommend anyone who has pain or injuries and will be returning to help work on these areas!
Erik is more than a massage therapist. He's truly a healer! He has a lot of knowledge and knows well how to apply it. I have received plenty of massage in my life and know what I'm saying. If you are looking for someone to just smear oil on your body, look elsewhere. If you are wanting to actually feel and function better physically and energetically, then he's for sure your guy.
