I called Alex on a Sunday afternoon after our hot water stopped working at a property we own in Irvine.. He called our tenant, had him run through some diagnostic steps and had the water heater up and running within an hour. It was the pilot light. Highly recommend this company. What a great find!!

My garbage disposer (Badger 5) was leaking, and my kitchen faucet needed replacing, so I called Alex at Positive Plumbing due to strong recommendations from my family. Alex was courteous, clean, honest, and fair. The job was done so well, I asked him to do my annual ac maintenance and he brought everything up to manufacturer specs after a thorough inspection. Alex is very responsive and provides great warranty. He recommended a unit that fits my existing stand best, and get the installation completed before July 4th holiday. It is the 2nd time I have him install water heater on my properties.
