Alex was very helpful, he was able to guide me through the issue over the phone very easily diagnosed and resolved the problem. I will definitely be using Alex again.
I called Alex on a Sunday afternoon after our hot water stopped working at a property we own in Irvine.. He called our tenant, had him run through some diagnostic steps and had the water heater up and running within an hour. It was the pilot light. Highly recommend this company. What a great find!!
