My mother-in-law needed a new water heater at her condo in Irvine. I was the one calling around for her. Alex came out and checked it out and was very honest about what was needed. I felt he quoted a very fair price, but my mother-in-law wanted to price shop. After quotes from Lowes, Home Depot, and a few other companies around the Irvine area, Alex was definitely priced the best, with a better product and backs up his work. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! I called Positive after seeing good reviews for them and decided to take a chance. I am very happy that I did! Alex came the same day to take a look, and identified the problem immediately. He was able to resolve my issue and charged a fixed price with no unnecessary upselling. I will absolutely recommend Positive and Alex for any plumbing and or Air needs to all my friends and family!

I must agree with all the great reviews. Positive Plumbing Heating and Air have been the best plumbers we have used. He was the first to respond, after several quotes was the most reasonable, Alex arrived on time, very friendly and respectful. And very knowledgeable. He was efficient .

Had a great experience with Positive Plumbing. Came out for a shower repair and the tech was super nice, walked me through everything he was doing and explained the issue clearly. Pricing was honestly really fair, way better than I expected. Would definitely call them again. Highly recommend.

Alex was great. He is always ready to help whenever they're is an issue, he works quickly and his pricing is fair. It's honestly great to know there are good, honest people still out there. I would recommend to anyone.
