Had an appointment at 2 & left at 5:45. - when calling to make an appointment, please be as thorough as possible with customer service on the line especially if you have never been in have them explained the process thoroughly. - if you have already been tested for HIV/STI’s you WILL need to be tested all over again here for their records. It's a wonderful place if you need help.
Dr Stanton and the staff that draw blood is what make this establishment such a pleasure. I don’t know if it’s a Georgia thing. But the customer service is terrible. The front desk act as if you are inconveniencing them. Bella is highly rude and not a people person. She should be positioned somewhere where she doesn’t have to deal with general public that’s the only thing preventing a 5 star rating
