Just terrible service , the moment i walked i was ignored by front desk, while giving the person behind the counter my id she was so focuses on talking to her friends, completely ignoring me while i handed my id. I had to find her hand to placw my id on. I waited over an hour and no one came to look for me . Horrible front desk i've been going there since 2021 and things have changed for the worst. They never know nothing and can't assist you with nothing but check people in. They can't even make an appointment or update your time useless. And because of the negative energy i choose to not go in person so i don't have to deal with that and it's causing me not get the help i need.
