This my first time coming in here and the admin team was acting like to couldn’t with my questions and I was asking how do call people . She gave me look I’m supposed by the birthday . Like it was obvious to her and I heard them talking about me like I didn’t and supposed to know . They don’t how it will take . Back there laughing and chat chatting . There rude
Intake needs some serious attention to personality and customer service. Very dry and clearly over their jobs. The entire nursing and clinic staff inside were amazing. Great personalities, welcoming, engaging, informative, fast, caring, awesome. Their new systems took a while but they were as fast as they could be with me and I appreciated that. The man who did my evaluation was awesome. The facility was clean and well maintained.
I came in around 4:00 AM to get a check-up on a bump, but I didn’t get to see the doctor until around 9:00 AM. The wait was ridiculously long. Other hospitals in the area were taking people in and checking them out within 20 minutes. I highly recommend avoiding this location for check-ups unless you’re prepared to wait for hours.
Care is great once you get it but admin is a complete train wreck. Miscommunication with patients is abundant. Every nurse I saw had different instructions for callback, patient portal, follow up appointments, whether I count as a "regular" patient. I'm just trying to get care and it baffles me how anyone is meant to navigate this mess. Am I supposed to know how your back office works as a patient?
