Never answers the phone, never calls back, went for a year and every time they scheduled blood tests they would make an excuse on why they had to reschedule it, ask me to call back, and then never answer. Failed to properly explain charges and then refused to see me until said charges were paid, but won't call back when I called them to fix said charges. The doctor and nurses I saw were great there was no issues there and I loved working with them. However every time I would try to call there was one gentleman who would answer who would be incredibly rude over the phone every time. This past time was my breaking point. At one point during the call he sighed so loudly that my boyfriend started laughing. This was what was really did it though I said " I had an appointment at 10 am, I canceled it this morning, I'm calling to reschedule " and then he said with a really rude tone... read more

I had an amazing first visit and I would recommend them to anyone. Every person I came in contact with was professional and kind. Ron Lombard made sure to cover every concern I had and gave me solutions! The only slight down side was the parking and lack of signage getting off the elevator. It shows that finding a place that treats you like a human is more important than the shell. Kindness matters and they are a 10! Thank you!
