I went to this clinic today with my son because his foot was bleeding badly. I expected some compassion or at least basic guidance, but the person at the front desk was extremely rude. He didn’t even take a look at my son’s foot and instead told me that we needed an appointment, adding that the doctor would not look at him “for free.” I was shocked by the lack of care and empathy, especially when a child is in pain.
