Over two years later and they still haven’t done what they said they would do. The systems (one residential and one business) are installed and functional but I have still not been given the info on how to monitor them or what to do. Lots of lip service but very poor follow through. I tried numerous times to discuss an expansion but finally gave up. Seems they weren’t interested. They’ve dropped the ball more times than a pee wee league T ball team.
From start (scoping, bidding), to permitting, to installation Positive Energy delivered on all counts for our solar project. Would recommend them anytime!
Positive Energy Solar staff are knowledgeable, attentive to customer's needs, efficient, organized, and friendly; Their subcontractors (Miguel's Electrical Services and Ray Garcia, MTA General Contractor for driveway work) are excellent and very considerate . Our neighbor praised Positive Energy Solar's work and said they honored the warranty when problems occurred. We had a very complex request with steep metal roof pitch during the middle of winter, along with a significant power line upgrade, power line pole replacement, and car charger installation, which of course took some time to coordinate and complete, but the end result is fantastic, work was top-notch, and everyone was wonderful to work with!
You can't ask for a better company to install solar for your home. Positive Energy Solar is a very professional company that went out their way to explain each step of the installation process and even move us up in their schedule. After inspections by City of Santa Fe and PNM our system is up, running and working flawlessly. They provide ongoing support. Of the companies we considered Positive Energy Solar had the best warranty and recommendations from our neighbors using their solar system.
