I was referred to Positive Energy for a back problem that severely limited what I could do. Lindsey was all that anyone could ask for in a therapist. She literally taught me how to listen to my body to get the maximum from my therapy. She was patient, informative, and extremely knowledgeable. I am so grateful to her for showing me how to better take care of my back!
Lennea is the best at a truly stellar health facility! I say health facility because I know that Positive Energy has had the BEST effect on my health, better than any hospital or medical group I've had. She is working with me on both my back and foot, and I truly feel I will be stronger and healthier at 63, than I was at 43! My thanks to Lennea, Sean, Ora, and the rest!
Lennea is THE BEST!! I had PT through my doctors group and didn't see any difference in injury or my strength. 1 session with Lennea and I saw huge differences in my strength and pain control. She is SO knowledgeable, and has made a huge impact on my recovery! I don't know where I would be without her!!

Seen a lot of Drs/PTs, but these guys really were the most personable and understanding of all. Sean and the team will really do anything for you to make sure you can get up and running (literally or metaphorically) and stay up and running to achieve all your health and fitness goals -- small and large.
Lenae and the team at Positive Energy were/are extremely professional, relational, and motivational. While I know I was just starting off with the basics (and getting my butt kicked by it) Lenae was able to encourage, correct, and motivate in a seamless way.
