Started out well, exactly what my family was looking for, but the case manager my family was assigned has done a terrible job. He has caused so much harm to our family and it has been a nightmare. I’m not sure why this person still works there.
Our journey with Positive Development started with a lot of heart, but ended in significant frustration. While the initial team (Tyler and Jerell) was wonderful, the subsequent management of our case was handled with a lack of professionalism. The main issues we encountered: Inconsistency: Frequent changes in therapists and a case manager who would "no-show" to scheduled sessions.
