The new owners have great customer service. Andy has been doing my nails for a few months now I followed him from another salon to here and his work speaks for itself His attention to detail is incredible. Very talented there's not one thing I've brought to him that he can't do.
After having good results several times from the salon my last experience was not up to par whatsoever. I received a basic manicure and before the day was even done I was already getting chips on my nails. I have included pictures of what my nails look like less than 48 hours after services. My toenails were not cut appropriately and before leaving I actually had to have my heels filed a bit more because they were Jagged and rough. I am extremely disappointed and very upset about the services I received.
I’ve been going to Poshe Nail for a long time and have always had great experiences in the past—the staff was friendly and my nails always turned out beautifully. Unfortunately, my recent visit was very disappointing and not up to their usual standard. It seems like there may have been a change in ownership or management, because things felt very different. Reasonably priced and the gentleman who did my pedicure was so kind! Before he did my nails he did it on one toe to make sure I was certain on the color was just very kind and gave the best massage I’ve had getting a. Pedicure! Student discounts m-f which I loved a as student
I’m a boy mom of 2, homemaker, and WFH, and went to a party and these gorgeous nails are still holding up perfectly. The gentleman that did them is an artist!! They were also able to do my nails in a reasonable time as I had other engagements that day, thank you!!
