I saw Mary for highlights, haircut, and full blow dry. As soon as i walked in for my appointment and told her i was her 4:00 she said “oh your here for eyebrow threading” i said no i made an appointment for highlights, haircut, and full blow dry. She said “ok have a seat” over 30 min later she took me back. I explained i would like caramel colored highlights and showed her some pictures i had in mind.
