My friends and I have been coming here since this place has opened. Today we went, waited 40 mins, got skipped over, served myself (because well no one else was serving us). I am so disappointed with how we were treated today. We will take our future business elsewhere from now on. Posh, you were great while it lasted. Y'all went downhill quickly!
Love this place!!!! Anytime I go I always ask for Tara and she does an excellent job!
We showed up for our appointment and the nice lady that greeted us informed us that the appointment before us added services to their appointment and the wait would be a little longer then expected. They accommodated us with a few $20 gift cards to make up for the long wait. We have been there many times and they always have the best customer service!! This is and always will be our go to nail salon �
My husband and I walked in and had excellent service from start to finish. We were greeted, seated, offered beverages, minimal wait time, and boy was it worth it!!! JJ did my pedicure and if it wasn't the best I have ever had it was right up there!!!! He does some a-mazing reflexology!!!!
