I go here regularly because it is hands down the best around. I always have the best experience at Posh! They aren't just phenomenal at their craft, though they absolutely are, no matter who you book with the customer service is also unmatched. Every single stylist and staff member is so welcoming, and even the people I’m not booked with go out of their way to say hello. It is clear that they truly love their jobs and want you to feel your best.
I was very disappointed with my experience at Posh. When we arrived for my scheduled appointment, no one greeted us or even acknowledged that we were there. We stood at the front desk for about five minutes without a simple “hello,” “welcome,” or “we’ll be right with you.” I completely understand that salons can get busy and staff may be helping other clients, but acknowledging someone who walks through the door takes only a few seconds. What a cute little salon! Everyone was nice and courteous and Codi Jo knows what she’s talking about! Spent a lot of time asking what I wanted and getting my brows just right!
Codi Jo is the brow queen! I first got them done about 5 years ago and it was the best money I’ve ever spent. I got back periodically for touchups now. She is so talented and I get so many compliments on my brows. I do the ombr� powder brows. Highly recommend!
