Can't wait to watch lyn get humiliated on the news. Maybe you should learn to treat your employees with more respect and stop abusing dogs that are put into your care through people who were supposed to trust you. Hopefully she also gets the psychological help she needs.

I found a shock collar on our dog and when I confronted Lyn about it she claimed it must have been put on by accident. I hope this ABC Iteam gives you so much bad publicity it shuts your business down. I'm not anonymous and I make everyone know about my bad experience. If you don't like dogs barking Lyn maybe don't live upstairs from your business.

POSH PETS puts shock collars/muzzles on your dogs in day care if they are barking to much! You own a dog day care/grooming facility WHAT DO YOU THINK DOGS DO! I brought my dog there for about 6 months and NEVER was I told this would happen. It also DOES NOT SAY ANYWHERE on the agreement that this would happen. I WOULD HAVE NEVER CONSENTED TO THIS. I also spoke with two previous employees the owner has 9 shock collars and the employees are told they can not leave the facility unless all 9 of them are accounted for. Meanin... read more

Shame on all you "anonymous" people writing. Buck up and state your name if you have an issue!!! In fact, contact the owner... But no, you sit behind your social media accounts and lie lie lie. Posh pets is a wonderful doggie daycare and grooming facility. The "big" room is over a hundred feet long.... Apparently you can't measure. The dogs have plenty of room to play, run and rest! Well let me tell you a story about this horrible place, my dog had been going there for about 2 years maybe more and he started getting very nervous and shaking and I was told by the owner that it was me, really because my dog does not shake around, he would hide when I got ready to take him there and then he would not get out of the car. Well one day I went into the shop and I was told that they needed to talk to me. I used to work here and I can honestly say the way the dogs are treated here is ridiculous. The "big dog daycare room" consists of atleast 20 dogs all crammed together. That is just a fight waiting to happen! The owner is just completely insane. She is the most rude person I have ever met in my life. If customers could see the way she talks down to her employees and the dogs, the place would be out of business in a week. Please save your money and your dogs emotional well being and take your business elsewhere.

It is simply amazing how someone can sit behind their computer and be so hateful. Our shop will be open 10 years this fall. This is a fantastic neighborhood, with great customers and their family dogs. We try our best to take care of our customers dogs and puppies while they're at work. I am puzzled on "IF you had actually worked here"? Lockport is a good 45 minutes away, we would never have hired you in the first place, location is the key to everything and it would of been hard for anyone to make that kind of drive for a ... read more
