This used to be my favorite place to get my nails done.. I will NEVER go back after today's experience. Why might you ask?? I had Brooke who not only jabbed me under my nail and made me bleed, did not use a cuticle pusher to push back excess skin on my nails or toes, filed my skin when trying to remove the gel polish from my toes and then to too it off- left dirt under my finger nails- after doing my manicure!!
