I’ve been coming to this salon regularly, so this experience was especially disappointing. We arrived around 5:00 PM, and while I understand they were busy, the issue was the overall quality of the service—not the wait. I specifically selected the CBD pedicure, but was given the Volcano treatment instead. Why do they wear gloves to then touch their phones and reply to messages in the middle of a pedicure with the gloves on. The lady that did my pedicure stopped my pedicure many times to respond on her phone with the gloves on. Which means that she does that with other peoples feet as well. So this lady is touching her feet germ infested phone and then rubbing exfoliant and lotion on my legs and feet. This use to be my go to but definitely not anymore.🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮
