I showed up a bit late and wanted to get a full set of basic nails yesterday, the lady ( I think her name is Kim) told me to wait a bit and I did. When it was my turn I asked if she takes apple pay or card and she said "No I only take zelle at this time" , which I am glad that I asked, I told her that I might come another day. Last time I went was not an issue as I had cash, but I dont think anyone should be paying for a nail service through Zelle as we should be able to pay for services with the form of payment they offer, ... read more

I came here today. Tammy really took a great care of me. She is a nice lady she did a great job. Finally I found a place for good nail work. She works only Monday. I’ll come Monday for Tammy for sure ❤️🫶🏻

My sister-in-law visited Porch Nails at Ontario Mills and accidentally paid twice through Zelle because her phone had poor reception and the first transaction appeared not to go through. After realizing that two payments had actually been processed, she contacted technician Kim Nguyen and provided proof of the duplicate charge. Unfortunately, despite the evidence, Kim refused to refund the extra payment. Mistakes happen, but customers should not have to pay twice for the same service.
