I came here today. Tammy really took a great care of me. She is a nice lady she did a great job. Finally I found a place for good nail work. She works only Monday. I’ll come Monday for Tammy for sure ❤️🫶🏻

My sister-in-law visited Porch Nails at Ontario Mills and accidentally paid twice through Zelle because her phone had poor reception and the first transaction appeared not to go through. After realizing that two payments had actually been processed, she contacted technician Kim Nguyen and provided proof of the duplicate charge. I walked in 20 minutes before they closed to get a nail fixed that I broke at work. They told me they didn't have anyone at that time that could take me. I told them I did not mind waiting but then the manager said they were closing. I noticed a trend. I went to 3 other nail salons and they were not willing to fix my broken nail. I truly believe it's because fixing 1 broken nail wasn't as profitable as purchasing a service like a full set or a manicure/pedicure. This is a terrible way to run your business. Money is money.
