Would give less than 1 star if I could. Walked in at 10:10 with 2 12 year olds and a 3 year old for all of them to get their nails done. The woman in the salon said appointment only. Okay, when’s your next appointment oh you know some time next week. Mind you they were servicing 2 people. Don’t come here, the service is terrible and so are the people who work here.

Here, visiting Brunswick Ga from South Carolina. Called at 10 a.m to make an appointment for eyebrow wax and was given a 12 p.m appointment. Got there about 3 minutes till 12 pm. The lady had me in and out within 10 minutes. Very clean and peaceful environment. I would highly recommend

I walked into the business, I was greeted as if they seen a ghost. They asked “what service?” I responded “Just a polish change for my toes” …One lady said “We don’t have time right now” I said “ok that’s fine, about how long?” She says “we are appointment only, we can’t today” …. There are only two clients and from what I seen two service providers (one who was finishing up a polish job). I stopped coming here years ago bc of this very thing. To make sure you don’t have to wait too long, try to book an appointment. The place was lovely and spotless, and the ladies were so attentive and professional. I was hoping to get a particular design, but the lady was upfront and explained that she wasn’t familiar with creating designs, but she did try her best. She took her time with my nails and was really pleased with the outcome, even though she couldn’t quite achieve the design I had in mind. I’m looking forward to returning to try their cat-eye design options!
