This was by far the most horrible nail experience I’ve ever had. We had appointment, but that didn’t matter. They were still taking walk-ins over our appointments. That should’ve been our first song of how the service would go. It was rushed it was not relaxing at all, and the staff was rude. My friend left with polish stains on her hands and my manicure was a half way job. It was a “total assembly line” feeling. ALL they care about is how much money they can make!! Will not be back! Awful!
