I have been coming here on and off for the past year and a half and have a great experience every time. I get a dip manicure, sometimes with a tip if I haven’t gone in a few months, and my nails are too short. I’ve also gotten pedicures which are great also. The employees are very friendly. The only complaint I will have is that sometimes it is $40 and sometimes it is $45 but I’m not sure why because I get the same thing every time (with no design). Definitely recommend this place.

The women on staff come across as unfriendly and give off a “mean-girl” type of energy, which can make the environment uncomfortable. It also seems like the level of friendliness varies depending on who they’re interacting with, and it doesn’t feel like African American customers receive the same warmth or treatment as others.

I had the worst experience at this nail salon! My nail technician was Thao, who has done my nails in the past. While she seems to always have an unapproachable attitude, it never seemed to be a barrier to me receiving the services I desired. However, I went to Posh last week and requested almond shaped nails. Per Thao, my nails were too short for that shape. I mentioned to her that she had provided that shape for me before with the same length of my current nails. Linh is my go to girl. 2x with Linh- 3 times all together and I really won’t adventure to another business.
