I used to visit Posh very frequently pre-pandemic and finally decoded to start going back this year to fix my raggedy nails. Lol! Every visit is enjoyable, all of the staff are very friendly. I usually get herbal pedicures and Thao my nail tech gave me the advie to change to dip manicures to help strengthen my nails and they are stronger and longer now and she does beautiful designs on them.

Great staff. Fast courteous service. Pleased with the service I received. Clean and beautifully decorated. I've been a loyal customer for almost 10 years.

I have been coming here on and off for the past year and a half and have a great experience every time. I get a dip manicure, sometimes with a tip if I haven’t gone in a few months, and my nails are too short. I’ve also gotten pedicures which are great also. The employees are very friendly. The only complaint I will have is that sometimes it is $40 and sometimes it is $45 but I’m not sure why because I get the same thing every time (with no design). Definitely recommend this place.

The women on staff come across as unfriendly and give off a “mean-girl” type of energy, which can make the environment uncomfortable. It also seems like the level of friendliness varies depending on who they’re interacting with, and it doesn’t feel like African American customers receive the same warmth or treatment as others.
