The women on staff come across as unfriendly and give off a “mean-girl” type of energy, which can make the environment uncomfortable. It also seems like the level of friendliness varies depending on who they’re interacting with, and it doesn’t feel like African American customers receive the same warmth or treatment as others.

I had the worst experience at this nail salon! My nail technician was Thao, who has done my nails in the past. While she seems to always have an unapproachable attitude, it never seemed to be a barrier to me receiving the services I desired. However, I went to Posh last week and requested almond shaped nails. Per Thao, my nails were too short for that shape. I mentioned to her that she had provided that shape for me before with the same length of my current nails. Haven't been there in a couple years, I have MISSED IT so much, my experience was TOP NOTCH!!...it was peaceful and calming, I got a pedicure that was affordable and most of all professional, I will be back for good
