Today 7/28 I came in for a manicure and a pedicure, my pedicure was amazing. The lady who did it spent so much time on my pedicure and put so much effort and so much love into it like she did a really amazing job. That’s why I gave them four stars but when it came down to my manicure, the guy just gave me gelx and then that was it. I didn’t want Square. I wanted coffin. I’ve been coming here for over a year now, and I genuinely can’t say enough good things. From day one, they’ve been so welcoming and kind — the kind of place that actually remembers you, asks how you’re doing, and makes you feel like more than just another appointment on the calendar. Anytime I’ve had a broken nail or needed a quick fix, they’ve taken care of it without hesitation. The service, the quality, the people — it’s truly a gem. had a very disappointing experience at this nail salon. The customer service was extremely poor — the staff were rude and dismissive, and I didn’t feel welcome at all. On top of that, the quality of the nail work was terrible. My nails were rushed, uneven, and not at all what I asked for. I definitely won’t be coming back and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
