I am a regular customer at this establishment, I even refer customers to them, because I love the nail techs and their professionalism. However, everytime I come in the man who works the front is always rude. I usually look pass him, but in my last visit, I informed him that he is rude. Of course he took offense, but tried to explain they are very busy and workers called in. That's a part of business, however, you have to work through the situation.
