I had the worst experience here. To start off I had my pinky toe cut with the cuticle trimmers (and it bled), as if one small injury wasn't enough the bottom part of my thumb was cut with the edge of the nail file! It's obvious he was rushed (shows how fast and hard he was filing). Same gloves that were used to do my toes were used after to do my hands (I'm all about recycling and reusing, but come on now). This nail salon was recommended to me by Jill Bellack and her mother, Wendy. I called at 3:00pm today and got an appointment at 4:00pm. I was so taken back how clean and contemporary the salon was decorated. I was greeted by two lovely ladies who gave me the brochure about the services. I sat down for only a few minutes and then my nail tech, Tommy greeted me. I was immediately offered a beverage, including, wine. I had a fantastic gel manicure and hand/arm massage. I absolutely love it here! I've been to most of the nail places in the area and was never satisfied -until I came to Posh. The atmosphere is great-it's clean, everyone is so friendly and helpful, and the owners are my absolute favorite. Na️ is amazing, sweet, accommodating, and does the best nails I've seen. You are always treated with five star service! I won't go anywhere else now! Thanks Posh! ❤️
Juiie the nail tech BLEW on my pedicure to help it dry!!!!! Yuck!!!!! NEVER again! Can't imagine what they would have done to my fingernail if I had a manicure. The place is beautiful but beware!!! No, no, NEVER again!
