I heard they recently had the banking issue but also understand it’s not the business fault and they were very sincere and apologetic. The glitch doesn’t take away from the customer service they always deliver and never disappoint. Everyone is amazing there and Twin and Yen and Mel are my go to. I highly recommend Posh.
They do not value loyal customers!! I was going here for years. The customer service has gone down hill big time. They screwed up my banking because of an error they made. Crystal just made excuses and took no responsibility. Ben, the owner knows about this and did nothing! He couldn't even return my calls. I wasn't able to do my Christmas shopping on my day off because they caused such a banking mess. Huge disappointment!!

Recently I went there to get my nails done, I found out that my bank card was over charged vs. the amount the cashier had told me. As well there were 4 other charges that were not authorized by me as well. I returned to the Davie branch to hear that other customers were having the same issue and nothing was been done to rectify the issue.

We sincerely apologize Stephen. We had an issue which was brought to our attention and we immediately contacted the bank. We would close our credit card machine out every night unfortunately the credit card company was NOT doing it on their end. Now all the charges from the month of September all the way until now are finally going through. This place is very over priced! The girls at the front when you walk in are very rude! The girls from the front desk also like to stand over you while you are having your nails done. Tell your front desk girls to be nicer and to treat your customers on the phone and when they walk in with RESPECT and KINDNESS! You should be able to feel relaxed and comfortable, not like you have two vultures flying over your shoulders while your getting your manicure and pedicure done. They could stop ripping their guest, customers, clients off!!!!!! I have been a client and have taken my daughters and nieces there for years. They told me they lost money due to COVID. I lost my job too but haven’t ripped anyone off. I think back and I should have called the police. I called the salon on Eisenhower on speakerphone to confirm the price but they said I said something like good job which means charge me 60.00 for a pedicure. Walked in without app. Which is very convenient, cleaning standards are great during these times. I went for a mani- Pedi and it was awesome. They have different prices and options for your budget. Very professional.
