It’s a no from me. I was really needing a day of pampering so came in for a pedicure. Probably would have been ok but instead of “simply plum” I got a fusia nail polish color. I wasn’t offered any options for my pedicure such as add ons. Ask for a gel top coat and said it doesn’t work with polish. Pushed out the door as soon as finished with no time for polish to dry. My girlfriend has been coming to this salon for a good while. The nail tech Bella made my girlfriend feel so upset and unsafe she was crying in the chair and had to talk to me the whole appointment in order to remain calm. I heard my girlfriend repeatedly apologize to her and try to reconcile anything she had done wrong but telling someone " This is crazy! Im just supposed to your nails." Is unacceptable. I don't know if this was a bad day but this service was not taken well.
Davina was an absolute angel!! Her attention to detail and charismatic personality made this experience so fun! I am so happy with the work she did and cant wait to see her again 🩷
