I have mixed feelings on this salon. I originally called and made an appointment for 5 people, I requested 5 manicures because I didn’t know what everyone specifically wanted. Some people in my party ended up wanting full sets/ acrylic fill. I understand that it is partially my fault for not being specific, however if we needed to be specific on wanting full sets etc I’m a little irritated I wasn’t asked questions on the phone or told I needed to give specifics. Amazing service! The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The manager Wafaa even called to follow up with me when I was on hold during a busy time. My nail artist Maria took time turning my many ideas into a beautiful creation and my nails are perfect for vacation now! Thank you so much for a wonderful experience Posh Nails!
I am extremely disappointed in the Gel X set I got less than a week ago. In less than one week, I have lost THREE nails. Three!! For the price they are charging, I expected them to last at least 2-3 weeks. Not 6 days. Save yourself a trip and some money by just getting press-ons from the Walmart across the street.
