I frequent the Deptford location and they are excellent!!! Staff always explains what is necessary and why, but never forces or pushes an upcharge.
I had my oil changed yesterday in stratford and as usual they came to me with a shopping list of other services that are needed. Included in that list was a front differential service. My suv doesn't have a front differential because it is 2 wheel drive. I was also told that my front brakes are metal to metal and my rotors are warped. I took it to a mechanic who showed me that my brake pads have half their life left and my rotors are fine. Just went to the Deptford location for an oil change. As always, the staff was polite, and explained everything clearly. I definitely recommend this location.
