Not impressed. Went today with a coupon from entertainment book not realizing that its by month, so I had to call and get someone to run me up that month coupon. The car wash for the price was not even that great, had to come home and wipe out doors and vacuum again. Disappointed all together. Plus while waiting they parked me next to a car who decided to open there door and hit mine, which I noticed when I got in my car with the paint missing, but the car was gone. Not impressed and won't be back.

I have been going to the Stratford locations for YEARS, no more, nor my family, friends or anyone I know after the way I was spoken to today, very rude and condensing. You lost a good customer for sure!!
Went there today to get an oil change on my car and the guy told me it would be $60 because my car uses synthetic oil I drive a Nissan said no way and went to the Nissan dealership like I usually do and got my oil change for $35. They are way over priced!
Beware of this place. I had brakes done in September. Heard grinding. Took it back because they have a 30,000 mile warranty. Dude tells me my calipers are bad and seizing up so they can't honor the warranty. would be 800 dollars. I said no thanks. Took it it two places and they said calilers were fine. Only need new brakes. This place lies and uses cheap parts. Never again.
I usually like poshwash but today (Tuesday) I drove in and no sign listing the hours on the car wash side? Had to go into oil side to find out it is closed.
