I went in looking for my wedding dress, the ladies were helping someone in the dressing room so never came to ask me if i needed help. After about 15 mins they came over she sounded frustrated i told her i was looking for a wedding dress she said she would be in the dressing room if i needed her. I was expecting a little more help so i left and got the bridal experience at David's bridal.
Measured our dresses wrong, had to "re order" the sizes and then gave us the same sizes we had just returned. And every time we went in there they were scattered and took 5 people to find our dresses in the back. Great dresses not so good service.
I went with my daughter Eileen to find a dress for her upcoming wedding on April 1st...and the ladies were friendly, helpful from start to end, and just plain wonderful.� when you walk in the dress they ask what are you looking for in the dress, my daughter explain what she was looking for, they helped her look for a few...they were all beautiful but after a few search and try they brought out another dress...we stopped searching. She found THE dress. April 1 here we come.
I went in today for my appointment to look for a wedding dress and I was extremely impressed! We were greeted by the sale girls immediately and offered some water. The energy, attention, customer service and genuine excitement from the sales lady helping me to find a dress made all the difference! I found my dream dress thanks to all the ladies!
