I'm so happy I chose to come here! The store is a wow factor from their dresses to their costumer service! I was greeted and welcomed the second I walked into the door. Stephanie was amazing and I could not thank her enough for her help! Although I made it known I wouldn't be purchasing right away due to military life they still gave me 100% to make me feel special. This place is amazing! I went there to shop for my wedding dress and they treated me like if I was the only person in the store, when I wasn’t. I felt like I took forever but Ivette was so patient with me. I took longer than the appointment called for and she was able to accommodate me again at another time. This place made my dress shopping less stressful and they had a special spot for my family to sit and look at me while I modeled the dresses. The dresses were nice but I wish the workers personality followed. Poor customer service.
They made me feel like a princess every second! I tried on sooo many beautiful and stunning dresses in a wide variety of styles. From saying yes to picking up my dress months later I was happy with everyone that worked with me � and I felt like an absolute princess in my dress!!!!!
