Incredible selection, customer service, and staple of Melrose W Hollywood. I would absolutely go back. I've never seen anyone in person stock New Rocks, though they did seem a little overpriced. Got a good black friday deal online for in store pick up but the white younger lady in the front was extremely short mannered and dry with me, both through the phone and in person :/ didn't feel welcomed. Won't be back
Don’t even want to give them a one star tbh. 0/5. How are they even in business. They said they got a flooding last week, which I understand, but I placed an order on their website and ordered for pickup only to find out that they didn’t have it in stock. I picked up my first pair of Dr. Martens at Posers as i was looking for a style that had been sold out for a while and they had it! Not only did the lovely lady help with ensuring they fit right, they threw in a pair of insoles and a shoe shiner with my purchase to ensure it was perfect! Amazing customer service, and by far the most unique selection of shoes I've seen. I'd 100% recommend & who doesn't love to shop local!
