Derrick Thomas is the greatest property manager in the region. He personifies the Chick-fil-A quality and customer service. Extremely efficient and responsive. Would definitely recommend to anyone renting out their property.
Our rental home flooded 3 different times in which we called Lisa at the office and were presented with less than acceptable accommodations. The home owner DID NOT and the rental agency DD NOT care to have the septic tank done at all over the last 4 years of having the home as a rental and because of that, the home was backed up and flooded.
