Everyone are so nice. Just a pleasant visit over all.
All the staff I came into contact with was so kind! Will highly recommend to all my family and few and even to a few enemies lol
I've been twice so far and have had a wonderful experience both times. Everyone is friendly, professional and knowledgeable- from the ladies at the front desk, to those who fit patients for glasses to the nurses and doctors (I've seen Dr. Julie and Dr. Kelly Raies). You can easily tell whether or not employees are happy with their work environment and they all seem very happy! Worth the drive from Waverly.
I went to the Portsmouth Vision Center for the first time today and I had the best experience ever! The whole entire staff made me feel so comfortable and welcome! I've never had an experience in a doctors office like this one! I would recommend them to literally everyone! Dr. Miller was so personable and friendly, the ladies who helped me pick out my glasses really took time and listened to what I wanted/needed.
Dr Michael is always professional and takes his time answering my questions in a manner I can understand. Tommy is the best in helping pick out just the right frames for me and doesn't rush me!
