My husband said we were going to Portsmouth to buy a car. I did not want to drive so far because there are many dealers much closer. However I'm sure glad we went . I love this place. They are super quick and easy in making a good deal. I met Dave who really helped us and met all our needs and our budget. He's really nice and very and helpful. His customer service was fantastic. If anyone wants to buy a car, make sure you go to Dave because he's amazing and giving great deals. I bought the car the same exact day he helped us
I love going to this dealer. The service advisors always great me by name even though I've only been going there for about 2 years. They make me feel welcome and always provide excellent customer service.
I have been searching for a car for quite a while (seriously. a looong time) and FINALLY someone stepped up and cared enough to truly help me. Dave accepted the challenge. He made it happen, made everything super simple to understand and actually hung out and conversed with my friend and I while we waited for everything. First off, I just want to say this is my second time coming back to purchase a vehicle from this Dealership. The staff was knowledgable and very helpful with what I was looking for.
This is my 3rd car purchase using Cars.com. I'm very happy to report that this car purchase was as effortless as the others. I will note that the other dealers were highly rated as well. Port Kia had a used Avalon that was exactly what I wanted at a price that beat everything else on Cars.Com. There was no 'funny business.' I worked with Dave and he was very responsive with pictures and emails. I live 1,200 miles from the dealership and David arranged the transporter at a very reasonable price.
