If I could give zero stars I would. Since moving in I have had a handful of issues with my unit that have never seen a full resolution. Empty promises, half finished work, and now learning about an error that was made with my initial move in services that I am left dealing with 3 weeks before moving out. In all my times living in homestead buildings I’ve never had to deal with anywhere close to the amount of problems I have here. Replace your dryers. For the cost of living in your buildings, the amenities should be available and functional. The doors don’t close properly. I have put the same load in three times and it is still wet. My superintendent said to file a complaint with head office, but that’s going nowhere based on my experience with the “new” Homestead. Change of ownership does not constitute change in provision of basic services as included in the lease agreement. Be better.
