Replace your dryers. For the cost of living in your buildings, the amenities should be available and functional. The doors don’t close properly. I have put the same load in three times and it is still wet. My superintendent said to file a complaint with head office, but that’s going nowhere based on my experience with the “new” Homestead. Change of ownership does not constitute change in provision of basic services as included in the lease agreement. Be better.
